Terms of Service

Internspace is operated by AFROLABS, a sole proprietorship registered in Ontario, Canada. A sole proprietorship is not a separate legal entity, so your agreement is with AfroLabs, a registered business name in Ontario, Canada.

Right now this site does one thing: it lets you join a waitlist so we can email you when Internspace launches. There is no account, no internship listings, and no service to use yet.

Please don’t:

• sign up with an address that isn’t yours;
• submit the form automatically, in bulk, or in a way designed to overload it;
• try to gain access to parts of the site that aren’t public, or to the data behind it;
• copy, scrape or republish the site’s content or branding.

We may block access or remove an address from the waitlist if it is being used this way.

By joining you agree to receive launch updates. Every email includes a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately and costs nothing. We will not send you anything unrelated to Internspace.

We have not committed to a launch date, to particular features, or to launching at all. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a place, guarantee access, or create any entitlement to the service. We may change direction or stop entirely.

Internspace is a tool for discovering internships. We are not an employer, an employment agency, or a recruiter, and we do not vouch for any organisation, posting or outcome. Any decision about what to apply for is yours.

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The Internspace name, logo and the content of this site belong to AFROLABS. Joining the waitlist gives you no licence to use them.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, except that either of us may seek relief in any court with proper jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
